Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amore by KJ. We put care into every product we create and want you to feel confident about your purchase.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once purchased. If you experience a problem accessing your download or receive an incorrect file, please contact us so we can help.

Physical Products
All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at amorebykj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will help review the shipment. Amore by KJ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help when possible.

Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once a physical order has entered processing or shipment, or once a digital order has been fulfilled.
