Do you offer physical and digital products?
Yes. Amore by KJ offers both physical products and digital downloads. Available formats are clearly listed on each product page.

How do digital downloads work?
After purchasing a digital product, you will receive access to your files electronically. Digital products are not shipped and no physical item will be delivered for digital-only purchases.

How long does processing take for physical orders?
Physical orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Processing may occasionally take longer during holidays, new releases, promotions, or periods of higher order volume.

Where do you ship?
Available shipping options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes. Many Amore by KJ products are created to be meaningful gifts for little hearts, families, and loved ones.
