Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amore by KJ. We carefully prepare each physical order before sending it on its way.

Processing Time
Physical orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, new releases, promotions, or periods of higher order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are provided by the applicable shipping carrier.

Please note that carrier delays may occur after a package leaves our hands and are outside of our direct control.

Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. If you purchase a digital product, you will receive access to your download electronically. No physical product will be shipped for digital-only purchases.

Order Tracking
Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Amore by KJ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at amorebykj@gmail.com and we will help review the shipment.
